Setting partner prices across all products

Product partners can quickly set a retail partner price rule that applies to all products shared with a specific retail partner. Or where required a product partner can set a product specific price rule.

The retail partner price rule will need to use the ‘cost per item’ field or ‘price’ field from your products as a starting point. You can then add an additional price modifier to calculate your final cost price.

An example cost price rule might be, use cost per item field + 25%. Cost prices always exclude tax & shipping.

Steps

  1. On the Dashboard, click Manage Partnerships or for new partnerships displayed on the dashboard click Configure Partnership.
  2. On Your Partnerships locate your partner in the Tabs.
  3. Click on Configure Partnership.
  4. Click Edit product sharing & price rules.
  5. In the "Retail partner pricing" box select the base price you wish to use 
  6. In the price modifier field either ad a negative number or positive uplift based on the your previous selection
  7. click Preview Costs
  8. When your happy click Save retail partner prices

Set Product Specific Pricing      

This method allows you to set product pricing on an individual product basis and will over ride the retailer pricing described above. 

Steps

  1. On the Dashboard, click Manage Partnerships or for new partnerships displayed on the dashboard click Configure Partnership.
  2. On Your Partnerships locate your partner in the Tabs.
  3. Click on Configure Partnership.
  4. Click Edit product sharing & price rules.
  5. Click on the product you with to edit 
  6. Select Set product specific price rules
  7. Choose to use a base price or enter the price manually
  8. If using a base price select Fixed Amount or Percentage
  9. In the price modifier field either ad a negative number or positive uplift based on the your previous selection
  10. Click Save Changes
