The Alvio Network app allows you to easily connect your Shopify store with another Shopify store. Share products and order information and automate sales and orders between them based on rules you set.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, you accept and provide us the ability to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
- Orders: Used to share order information between connected stores when customers checkout
- Customers: Used to share customer information on orders between connected stores when customers checkout
- Products: Used to share all available product information between connected stores
- Shop data: This is the only type of personal identifiable information we store in our database and is used for parts of the app including authenticating users, displaying parts of the app admin dashboard and managing billing info
Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:
Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information
We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App if you have opted into marketing communications. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. This can be in the form of surveys, email promotions and notifications around service issues, updates and related products we think might be of interest

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States. Your right to correct information
If the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you’re entitled to have it corrected. If you ask us, where possible and lawful to do so, we’ll also tell you who we’ve shared your personal information with so that you can contact them directly.
Your right to delete information
You can ask us to delete or remove your personal information in some circumstances such as where we no longer need it or if you withdraw your consent (where applicable).
