FG Factor founder, Connor Smith, has battled with depression and anxiety since childhood. His experiences together with the knowledge that good nutrition can have a positive impact on your mental health, led to the creation of FG Factor.
After years of trying to manage his mental health, and seeking the help of a professional therapist, Connor decided it was time to start trying to improve his state of mind and increase my feeling of self-worth. He focused his attention on what he was putting in my body – nutrition. From this he researched what helps the body recover and enables it to function to its best ability. Through his research, he noticed there are a lot of natural products that help massively but that they are all contained in separate supplements. And so he decided that he was going to make a drink that improves the health of the mind just as much as the body. Thus the FG Factor range of drinks was created…. FG Factor have recently partnered with Bradford FC. As a growing drinks brand, they are keen to get more involved with clubs which support their communities, so starting this partnership with the Bantams is brilliant, and gives them the chance to provide the supporters with our drinks.
