The solid hardwood base gives warmth and weight to perfectly complement the soft touch high quality plastics. Natural feeling interactions are achieved through motion sensing and four high strength tactile buttons on the base. Luma³ is ready whenever you need a moment of calm.

HOW LUMA³ WORKS
Let Luma³ guide you through a range of breathing exercises - scientifically proven to bring you calm, balance, and gentle relief.
- Square breath - Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds. Used by NAVY Seals to stay calm and focussed in high pressure situations, this pattern helps you perform at your best during stressful states.
- Coherent breath - Inhale for 5.5 seconds, exhale for 5.5 seconds. Place the heart, lungs and circulation into a state of coherence where the body is working at its natural rhythm.
- 478 breath - Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 and exhale for 8 seconds. This 2:1 exhalation to inhalation ratio is scientifically-proven to have a profoundly relaxing effect on our body's nervous system and combat stress.
- Triangle breath - Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds. A simple and effective workout for the diaphragm, this deep breathing cycle will help strengthen your breathing and is a quick and easy way to destress and refocus.
