Nu Mind Wellness was founded by two brothers who had suffered from anxiety. From panic attacks, deliberately avoiding social situations and sleepless nights. For years they searched for ways to feel ‘normal’, only to find the internet’s answers unsatisfactory. Given their personal experience and understanding of the battles of anxiety, they set out to give back and support those with similar struggles.
