We Swap aims to re-unite like-minded people, turning the tables on an unfair, outdated process, so customers feel empowered. Bringing back equality and delivering a feel-good factor, We Swap are on a mission to put the fun back and change the way we all think, about swappingbuying and selling our vehicles.  

We Swap has identified three target segments within the overall market:

  1. Private Consumers - This customer covers anyone transacting on the Private vehicle side of the platform. In the early stages it is likely to be a younger audience who are more open to trying a novel approach to the transaction and are less likely to have developed the habit of using an alternative channel.
  1. Car Dealerships - Their traditional way of working has been upended in last decade which has presented challenges as well as opportunities. Platforms like Autotrader have given dealerships national reach and a new way of connecting with consumers. At the same time, however, dealerships can become reliant on platforms and are at the mercy of any pricing changes the platform wants to introduce.
  1. Random Consumers of automotive accessories - This customer covers anyone that could utilise the consumer We Swap Shop platform. Likely to be an audience comfortable with on-line shopping and interested in the wider automotive products.
