What is COC, and how will it help me?

C.O.C. provides three synergetic ingredients delivered in a highly bioavailable format: concentrated curcumin, Boswellia and Vitamin C. Boswellia has been prized for its medicinal properties for millennia. Boswellia is also known as Olibanum, hence the O in COC, and Frankincense. Boswellia acids, the main active constitutes have demonstrated the ability to inhibit inflammation.

Curcuminoids, the active constitutes of turmeric have also shown potent anti-inflammatory effects, however, they are very poorly absorbed, rapidly metabolized, and quickly eliminated. Once in the plasma, however, curcumin is quite stable and even permeable to hard-to-reach tissues, like the brain. The challenge, therefore, has been to find a way to stabilise curcuminoids in the gut and deliver them to the plasma without the use of synthetic agents or substances that are otherwise undesirable.

Our C.O.C. has a bioavailability close to 100% with site-specific targeting through our patented drug delivery technology. It is ideal for both acute and chronic inflammation.

Why are these different to my usual supplements?

These products are formulated using unique and patented MyCell™ Technology developed after years of intensive research by our Swiss partner company. The micellisation process involved means that the products' active ingredients offer a bioavailability of up to 100%.

What are Micelles?

Micelles are the body's mechanism to absorb oil-based substances. However, the natural formation of micelles within the body is insufficient to support the body's daily needs. Stabilised MyCell™ Technology is the science being able to take oil-based substances, which are found in most supplements, and then make them water-soluble.

Optimal Bioavailability

Bioavailability is the measure of how much of an active ingredient is absorbed by the body. Supplements formulated with high bioavailability are more effective as they help the body absorb more of the active ingredient so that you can take the product in lower doses.
